Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PEPBOX as your preferred engagement / team-building partner. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.

  1. Kindly note that we do not provide a refund against the advance payment for any of our services if the services are cancelled or shortened by quantity or duration, or in case of a change of session date from your (the client’s) side, due to any reason whatsoever.
  2. Pepbox Ventures Primate Limited may provide a full refund if any advance payment is made for the services and if the same is cancelled from Pepbox’s end for any reason whatsoever.
  3. Confirmation of any of our services over email is treated as a final, agreed-upon step towards buying our services.
  4. Post-confirmation, if any changes are made in the session date, session duration, location, objective, etc., or if there is a cancellation in part or full of our services from your (the client’s end), on the date of service delivery or before that, there will be a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed commercials, even if the agreed payment terms are on a credit basis.
  5. The client shall be liable to pay a 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed commercials in any of the above-mentioned cases highlighted in point no. 5.
